Important info regarding your future bookings

We love bringing awesome projects to life with you. You know yourself how fast our industry moves. Reach grows and market values often change rapidly. That is why it is extremely important to us to be completely transparent with our bookings especially when it comes to dates that are still far in the future.

Here is a quick overview of how we can best handle this together.

Bookings within the next six months

Anything taking place within the next half year is absolutely no problem for us. We can process these requests immediately and give you binding prices right away. Everything runs as usual here.

Planning further ahead than six months

If the lead time goes beyond these six months we require in most cases that the exact fee in the quote is initially marked as pending. It is simply incredibly difficult to determine the exact market value of a talent so far in advance. We naturally make logical exceptions here. This does not apply to festivals weddings and similar large events. We know exactly that you need planning security well in advance for those and we take that directly into account.

Reserving dates and holding prices

If you want to put a hold on a date to secure a specific price this is possible under one condition. The final date must be firmly scheduled and officially announced within the coming two months. Please keep in mind that our artists always reserve the right to revoke this hold at any time if another opportunity comes up.

The most important rule at the end

A deal is only ever truly set in stone and confirmed when the final contract has been signed by everyone involved. Until then all verbal or written agreements remain completely open for both sides.
